Schedule changes are based on availability and are not guaranteed. Electives are not rescheduled; students may request to drop an elective or choose a different option.

Assignment Details

Tell us about the assignment.

This helps your teacher review the correct class and assignment.

Retry requests are not granted if the assignment score is 70% or higher, there has already been one retry, the low score was caused by a late penalty, the request is outside the calendar month the work was assigned, or the item is a test. The highest possible retry score is 80%.
Extension requests are reviewed by the teacher. Do not assume the extension is approved until your teacher confirms it.

The form will stop requests that do not meet the retry policy.

Only type the number. Do not include the percent symbol.
Retries must be requested within the same calendar month the work was assigned.
Absence Notice

Tell us about the absence.

For each school day missed, students receive one school day to complete missed work, starting the day they return.

The form estimates school days automatically (weekends and listed school holidays are skipped). Adjust if needed.
Affected teachers Select every teacher who needs to receive this absence notice.

The extension length will appear after you select the absence dates.
