Valor Nondiscrimination Policy

1. In furtherance of its religious, charitable, and educational purposes, and consistent with its Christian beliefs, Valor shall admit students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally made available to students at the school or schools operated by Valor.

2. Valor shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic programs, and other school-administered programs, to the extent required by applicable law and consistent with its religious mission.

3. Valor may adopt and apply admissions, hiring, and conduct standards that are based on its sincerely held religious beliefs, as articulated in its governing documents, statements of faith, or policies, to the extent permitted by law.
